Even if monitoring systems, telemetry, or IoT devices are not available, our platform can generate a high-fidelity hydraulic model and activate the rest of the analysis and management features. The only tools that would remain inactive would be those strictly linked to receiving real-time data from external sensors.

Our mapping (GIS) is not updated, contains errors and there are missing data fields, can we use the platform?

Yes. Our subscription includes a data engineering process where our team takes care of the treatment, cleaning, and imputation of data, if necessary, to ensure that the hydraulic model and risk analysis are of the highest fidelity.

Is it necessary to install any software on our local servers?

No. WaterWays-AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution based entirely in the cloud, which allows access through any web browser without maintenance costs for own infrastructure. However, we understand that some entities have specific security policies; therefore, if required, there is the possibility of performing an On-Premise installation on your own servers under agreed technical and commercial conditions.
